First Blog 7/29/10

Training right now for future Scottish highland games competitions.
Today did safety squat bar squats to 15"box.
Useing the 5-3-1 program with this.
Today was 5x205,3x230 and 10x255 on final set.
Then double kettlebell front squats 5sets of 4 reps with 32kg KB's.
Double KB cleans 5x32kgs,5x32kgs,7x32kgs.
Explosive lunges holding a single 12kg KB, 3sets 5/5.
Contact twists stone throw style that i'm experimenting with.10x10lbs,5x20lbs,5x30lbs,5x30lbs.
Tire sled drags 1x200ft foward,1x200ft backward with 45lb plate on tire.
Jump rope 40x,40x,40x.
Tomorrow throwing practice.
